The Ordination and Consecration of:

The Faith Miracle Temple Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Dr Al Baxter BSc. DD. PhD. offers ordination and consecration to aspiring candidates who desire to enter the Christian ministry in any of the above named offices. Ordination is the process by which an individual is consecrated, set apart and commissioned to the Christian ministry for the propagation of the gospel and edifying of the body of Christ. As such the ordained minister is elevated to the clergy and is therefore authorized to perform various rites and functions in accordance with the governing body and governmental requirements.

Ordination is required when a new Minister is presented to be instituted as Head of or part of the Governing Body of an organization or when a Christian person in good and regular standing according to the Scripture feels the call of God to be in Ministry.

Ceremony of Ordination

The Ceremony of Ordination is a formal occasion perform by a Senior High Profile Bishop or Reverend Minister of equal Standing and qualification. The ceremony consists of the laying of hands by the Presiding Bishop upon the head of the one being ordained, with prayer for consecration, the gifts of the Holy Spirit and for the grace required to carry out the ministry.

The laying on of hands is both a symbolic and formal method of invoking the Holy Spirit and imparting the blessings, gifts and virtues necessary for the one being ordained to posses for a successful tenor in ministry.

The ceremony is so arranged to remind Minister and people of their responsibility together to serve Christ in his Church.

The Ordination Ceremony is an appropriate official occasion to show the unity of the Presbyterium. It is important, therefore, that other official Ministers, especially those of High Profile positions participate.

Representatives of the various Branches are invited to take part in the Readings, Prayers and Procession of tributes.

Romans 10: 13-15

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Licensing and Credentials

There are two ways to become a licensed official through the ministry of the Faith Miracle Temple of Toronto Inc. and Faith Missionary Ministries Intl.

You are required to complete the prescribed School of ministry theological training program subsequent or prior to ordination proceedings. The course is an undergraduate program which offers a Diploma upon completion. These programs are offered by the Faith Academy of Christian Education. ( The programs offer studies in theology, ethics, history and philosophy.

2. You can also become an ordained minister and receive Licensing

and credential through The Faith Miracle Temple of Toronto, if you

are a long standing Christian with an impeccable character and

proven record of ministry. You are required to attend a school of

ministry seminar and subsequently work towards earning a

diploma in the above mentioned prescribe area of studies.

All ordained persons receiving International credentials and license from FMT Ministries are endowed with all the rights and privileges of their designated office and is authorized to perform various rites and functions, such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc. in accordance with the governing body and governmental requirements.

International Credentials and Licensed given by FMT Ministries may be permanent or may be valid for a specific period of time at the discretion of the FMT Ministries.
